CAD Engineers Team Lead – Interior Glass Partitions

About the role

Crystalia Glass LLC is seeking a CAD Engineers Team Lead to oversee interior glass partition projects across the United States. The role combines operational management, quality assurance, and technical mentorship for a remote engineering team working in the Imperial system.

Key responsibilities

• Operational Management: daily review of active projects in ClickUp, workload distribution, monitoring task execution and strict deadline tracking.
• Quality Assurance & Review: control drawing quality, verify project documentation and ensure compliance before final delivery.
• Technical Mentorship: mentor project engineers on complex/non‑standard projects, lead daily/weekly team syncs and participate in node development.
• Process Standardization: customize and maintain Slack/ClickUp workspaces, build internal document templates and update working groups.
• Reporting: prepare weekly and monthly progress and efficiency reports for the Head of Engineering.

Required profile

• English B2+ and Russian/Ukrainian C1+ language proficiency.
• Higher technical education in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2‑3+ years experience as a project engineer delivering complex engineering projects.
• Strong background with task‑management and time‑tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently, make firm technical decisions and resolve operational bottlenecks.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross‑functional departments (PMs, estimators, suppliers, manufacturing, site installation).
