Business Technology Partner

About the role

The Business Technology Partner acts as an internal consultant, helping leaders translate Manhattan’s strategy into measurable outcomes, transformation opportunities, and capability roadmaps. This strategic, process‑oriented role focuses on solving the right problems using Lean, Six Sigma, and modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategy, processes, challenges and opportunities.
• Translate strategy into measurable outcomes, transformation opportunities and capability needs.
• Lead discovery and transformation workshops to define process, data, automation, AI and technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain business capability roadmaps linking priorities to required changes.
• Facilitate cross‑functional discussions, align stakeholders and define success measures.
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Solution Architects to create scalable, strategic approaches.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience leading business transformation, consulting or technology‑enabled change.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, diagnose problems and translate strategy into actionable priorities.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) and DMAIC methodology.
• Process improvement tools such as value‑stream mapping, 5 Whys and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience with enterprise platforms: Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, MuleSoft.
• Knowledge of data, analytics, automation, AI and Agile delivery.
