Business Systems Lead

About the role

Serval is looking for its first Business Systems Lead to design and operate an AI‑native revenue technology stack. You will own the architecture, integration, and automation of the core selling platform, ensuring the system scales as the company grows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain the end‑to‑end revenue tech stack, integrating Salesforce, CPQ, data enrichment, and engagement tools.
• Automate manual sales, marketing, and deployment workflows, embedding AI throughout the process.
• Develop scalable Salesforce solutions and ensure data flows reliably to the data warehouse/BI layer.
• Evaluate, pilot, and roll out new tools, deciding when to build versus buy.
• Set and enforce data hygiene, governance, and security standards.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years in business systems, revenue operations, or technical data engineering applied to GTM processes.
• Hands‑on ownership of a Salesforce org at admin or architect level.
• Experience in fast‑growing B2B SaaS environments, preferably with leadership or team‑lead responsibilities.
