Business Systems Analyst – Plan to Make & Warehousing

About the role

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will analyze and improve business processes and systems across Manufacturing, Production Planning and Warehousing. The role designs, develops and deploys integrated, automated SAP solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the cooperative.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners and SAP development teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements in SAP PP and IM/EWM.
• Maintain integrations, batch schedules and oversee third‑party support for SAP PP & IM/EWM modules.
• Document and diagram existing processes, translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and perform cost‑benefit analyses.
• Coordinate testing, end‑user reviews, post‑implementation support and provide training and documentation for new capabilities.
• Provide production support, resolve application incidents, and prioritize break/fix and enhancement requests with product managers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst overseeing design, development and implementation of software solutions.
• Technical knowledge of SAP PP and SAP IM/EWM; experience with MES systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
