Business Systems Analyst – Order to Cash (OTC)

About the role

Ocean Spray is seeking a Business Systems Analyst focused on Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) processes. The analyst will analyze, design, and deploy integrated solutions that improve efficiency across the supply‑chain functions such as order management, pricing, billing, shipping and invoicing. The role is remote‑first but tied to the corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, SAP development and integration teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements in SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC.
• Maintain SAP BTP integrations, monitor 3rd‑party support teams, and ensure ecosystem health.
• Document and diagram existing processes, translate functional requirements into technical specifications, and perform cost‑benefit analyses.
• Coordinate testing, end‑user reviews, post‑implementation support, and provide training and documentation for new capabilities.
• Provide production support, root‑cause analysis, and assist in prioritizing break/fix and enhancement requests.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a functional consultant or Business Systems Analyst overseeing design, development and implementation of software solutions.
• Strong understanding of Order‑to‑Cash business processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping and invoicing.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced support and project environment.
