Business Supply Chain Manager (ISD)

About the role

The Business Supply Chain Manager (ISD) will translate business objectives into enterprise supply‑chain requirements and work with global teams to deliver end‑to‑end operational plans. This role partners across planning, sourcing, manufacturing and delivery functions to drive service, quality, cost and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business objectives into Enterprise Supply Chain requirements and develop end‑to‑end operational plans in partnership with Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver functions.
• Identify, prioritize and lead division‑specific improvement projects across the Plan, Source, Make, Deliver pillars.
• Drive service, quality, cost, cash, and reliability across the supply chain.
• Partner with division and enterprise supply chain resources to actively manage product lifecycle and portfolio excellence.
• Collaborate with technical leaders on new product introductions, scale‑up and launch activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least seven years of combined experience in manufacturing or supply chain roles in private, public, government or military environments.
• Minimum three years of supervisory experience in similar settings.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
