Business Strategy Manager

About the role

As a Business Strategy Manager you will support Nestlé USA’s Corporate Strategy and Transformation team in executing company‑wide transformational projects and driving the overall strategy. You will contribute to portfolio management, strategic priority oversight, industry and competitive analyses, new growth opportunity assessments, M&A landscape evaluation, performance assessments and margin/ROIC optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external analyses in a fast‑paced environment, often under tight deadlines.
• Extract insights from diverse data sources such as databases, industry reports, analyst reports and social media.
• Develop high‑quality presentations for senior leadership and support stakeholder visits.
• Prioritize deliverables, manage project timelines and support program governance at the enterprise level.
• Assist with M&A activities including target pipeline development, preliminary assessments and diligence.

Required profile

• BA/BS required; MBA considered a significant plus.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting, finance or strategy with strong analytical background.
• Ability to translate data into clear, concise stories for senior audiences.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
