Business Services Agent

About the role

As a Business Services Agent on the Key Account Contract team, you will manage contract loading and changes in SAP and create invoices related to those changes. The role supports KONE’s mission to improve urban flow by ensuring accurate and timely contract processing.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract language and documentation and enter accurate information into SAP.
• Manage ECMS queues to prioritize and complete workflow tasks efficiently.
• Communicate with Frontline submitters via email, phone, and chat to resolve ECMS requests quickly.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the next level to keep outliers to a minimum.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest documentation updates.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal KBS and Key Account teams to ensure accurate order‑to‑cash results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of relevant experience in finance, customer service, quality, change or project management (or 5 + years with an associate’s degree).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong focus on organization, prioritization and adaptability.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products and SAP.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet business deadlines and balance workload with peers.
