Business Operations Generalist

About the role

We are an applied AI lab building end‑to‑end software agents, including Devin, the first AI software engineer. As a Business Operations Generalist you will act as a high‑trust, cross‑functional partner embedded wherever the business needs you most, from launching new lines to supporting corporate development.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver cross‑functional projects from scoping to execution.
• Build relationships across the organization and become a trusted operator.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities before they become obvious.
• Drive results on tight timelines while maintaining quality.
• Pull and analyze data to inform decisions and track progress.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders ranging from engineers to executives.
• Take on ad‑hoc tasks outside your comfort zone when needed.

Required profile

• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a high‑growth tech company.
• Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results without close supervision.
• Strong analytical foundation and comfort with data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Track record of exceptional performance and high tolerance for ambiguity.
