Business Operations Associate – Finance & Strategy

About the role

Cambio is seeking a Business Operations Associate to work at the intersection of finance, operations, and cross‑functional strategy. The role blends execution ownership with analytical contribution, helping build the operating muscle of a high‑growth climate‑tech startup.

Key responsibilities

• Finance & Rev Ops: financial modeling, budgeting support, market sizing, pricing experiments, AR collections, AP invoice processing, payroll‑adjacent tasks and HubSpot RevOps dashboard maintenance.
• BizOps: build analytical frameworks, manage vendors and contracts, coordinate cross‑functional projects, oversee IT provisioning and off‑boarding, lead ISO 27001/SOC 2 compliance evidence gathering, and support People Ops programs such as performance reviews and hiring logistics.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in a high‑growth environment (consulting, startup operations, or Big 4 advisory).
• Highly analytical, structured, and comfortable building models and frameworks from scratch.
• Execution‑oriented, able to close loops and work independently in ambiguous, fast‑moving settings.
• Strong communicator who can translate operational detail into strategic context.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
