Business Intelligence Analyst – Finance & Revenue

About the role

Join Hard Rock Digital’s Financial Planning & Analysis team as a Business Intelligence Analyst. You will turn data into strategic insights that guide revenue decisions across iGaming and Sportsbook verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated revenue dashboards and reports in Tableau tracking player behavior and wagering results.
• Conduct variance analysis on revenue trends and translate findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Partner with FP&A to forecast revenue performance and identify growth opportunities or risks.
• Analyze player cohorts to uncover behavioral trends and predict lifetime‑value opportunities.
• Ensure data quality and integrity of revenue reporting while collaborating with Finance and Accounting teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Quantitative Analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau.
• Excellent communication skills to present insights to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
