Business Development Representative – Marketing

About the role

The Relationship Success Specialist (BDR) is responsible for generating referrals and new business within the Ocala territory. You will build and sustain relationships with clients, referral partners, and adjusters while representing Dreyer's DKI’s mission and core values.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain referral source relationships in Ocala and surrounding areas.
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking events, and referral partner programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal departments.
• Present and pitch the referral program to small and large groups.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of relationship management or business development experience.
• Proven sales track record with strong account management abilities.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Willingness to travel within the service territory.

Required skills

• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Data entry and basic mathematical skills.
