Business Development Representative (BDR)

About the role

Roadrunner is building a next‑generation CPQ platform called PQA and is looking for a Business Development Representative to help launch its sales engine. You will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, shaping the early pipeline for a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound outreach.
• Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage prospects on social media.
• Generate and nurture leads to grow the top of the sales funnel.
• Research target companies, map key decision‑makers, and collaborate with Account Executives on pipeline strategy.
• Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaign execution.
• Stay informed on product updates and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
