Business Consultant - Global Analytics

About the role

As a Consultant in Veeva's Global Analytics Practice, you will help Life Sciences customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with technology, data, and AI. The focus is on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams from end‑to‑end, ensuring high‑quality design and delivery of customer solutions.
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders using Veeva’s unique data and software insights.
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development.
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Life Sciences consulting (business or management consulting preferred).
• Proven expertise with healthcare data sets (claims, engagement, reference) and analytics use cases such as segmentation, targeting, call planning, forecasting, and field deployment.
• Strong analytical mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Required skills

• SQL proficiency with the ability to quickly master new tools.
• Python (nice to have).

• Base salary $70,000 – $140,000 plus potential bonus and stock.
