Business Analyst – Utilities Domain

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on the utilities sector to join its SURE (Services, Utilities, Resources, Energy) unit in Miami. The role involves partnering with clients to drive digital transformation, leveraging AI and advanced technologies to improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry standards.
• Facilitate benchmarking studies and work with stakeholders to ensure solution performance meets domain‑specific insights.
• Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations, configurations, and draft standard operating procedures.
• Conduct in‑depth research on third‑party products, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
• Coordinate solution implementation, address issues during setup and integration, and support the development and maintenance of SOPs.

Required profile
