About the role
The State of Georgia is seeking a Budget Analyst Supervisor for the Augusta Campus of East Central Regional Hospital. This position leads a team in developing, preparing, and analyzing complex budgets for assigned programs, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and guide subordinate staff in daily work assignments.
- Oversee the development, preparation, and revision of large or complex budgets and supporting schedules.
- Analyze budget program and policy issues, financial trends, and proposed legislation.
- Recommend appropriate courses of action to management based on analysis.
Required profile
- Associate degree in accounting, business/public administration, or finance.
- At least five years of fiscal analysis experience, including one year in a supervisory or team‑lead role, or two years at a lower‑level Budget Analyst position.
- Ability to meet state licensing, vaccination, and background‑check requirements.
