Brand Designer

About the role

Reducto is seeking its first Brand Designer to shape the visual identity of the company across digital and physical touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing and product design teams to create a cohesive, unmistakable brand experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the web presence end‑to‑end, aligning brand and product design systems.
• Design ads, static creative, and motion graphics for paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.
• Create short animations and videos using Lottie, After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools.
• Lead creative direction for tradeshows, events, and out‑of‑home campaigns (billboards, taxi wraps, transit).
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer‑facing assets and manage external contractors when needed.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or creative design with a portfolio spanning digital and physical work.
• High standards for quality, craft, and precision.
• Ability to move fast, ship in days, and collaborate across teams.
