Brand Ambassador – Retail Sales (Urgent Hire)

About the role

Promote Renuity's home‑improvement products and services to prospective and existing clients through in‑store marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows. Deliver engaging face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight product quality, installation expertise, and customer care, while using the experience as a stepping stone toward a career in management or sales.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Renuity’s products and services in retail locations, events, and tradeshows.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to customers, emphasizing quality, installation, and service.
• Maintain weekend availability and rotate among shift schedules (9 am–5 pm, 10 am–6 pm, 11 am–7 pm, 12 pm–8 pm).
• Represent the brand at multiple Florida locations, including Palm Bay, Melbourne, Cocoa, and Merritt Island.

Required profile

• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a performance‑driven environment.
• Confident public speaker with an outgoing, well‑spoken demeanor.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Access to a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
