Brand Ambassador – Pinecrest Shopping Center

About the role

Tanger is looking for a personable and energetic Brand Ambassador to represent the Pinecrest shopping center in Cleveland. You will engage shoppers, promote TangerClub benefits, and help create a welcoming atmosphere that drives traffic and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a polished, professional appearance that reflects the Tanger brand.
• Greet and assist guests, answer questions about stores, amenities, promotions, and events.
• Distribute samples, coupons, and product information while collecting customer feedback.
• Educate shoppers on TangerClub benefits and assist with mobile‑app sign‑ups.
• Participate in on‑site and off‑site marketing events, set up and break down event spaces, and capture promotional content.
• Provide administrative support such as handling mail, shipments, and updating signage or social‑media channels.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1–2 years of customer‑service experience.
• Strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and mobile applications.
• Ability to use basic technology tools for data entry and event documentation.
