BPS Coordinator

About the role

The BPS Coordinator will develop, implement, and promote the Bosch Production System (BPS) across the plant. You will drive continuous improvement, provide training and coaching, and lead projects to meet production, quality, and logistics targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute BPS implementation strategies aligned with the plant’s continuous improvement roadmap.
• Conduct training sessions on BPS methodology, lean tools, and problem‑solving techniques for operators, team leaders, and supervisors.
• Lead Kaizen events, "speed week" initiatives, and other improvement projects using tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Standardized Work.
• Monitor BPS maturity, create KPI dashboards, and track progress toward improvement goals.
• Maintain BPS documentation, prepare for internal and external audits, and ensure compliance with Bosch standards.
• Support Industry 4.0 initiatives and optimize material flow systems.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in BPS, lean manufacturing, or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Industrial engineering degree (B.S.) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to develop action plans and apply problem‑solving techniques such as Six Sigma, Shainin, or 5 Whys.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for presentations, training, and cross‑department collaboration.
• Proven project management experience, ability to supervise teams, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
