Body Shop Technician – Full-Time

About the role

RLC is seeking an experienced Body Shop Technician to join our Wilmington service center. This full‑time position involves repairing and refinishing vehicle bodies, ensuring high‑quality workmanship in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate body‑shop tools such as grinders, welders, torches, sanders, spray guns, and mixing equipment.
• Identify damaged components, remove them, and perform repairs or replacements.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paint using a spray booth, following all safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure tools are properly maintained.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on experience in automotive body repair.
• Must own personal tools required for the job.
