Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Rivermont Schools seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to design, implement, and oversee evidence‑based behavioral programs for students with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges. You will work closely with teachers, families, and support staff to promote positive behavior and skill development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
• Provide clinical supervision, staff training, and performance feedback to ensure program fidelity.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral strategies.
• Monitor data and outcomes, adjust programs as needed, and deliver direct services and crisis support.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a related field (human services, education, psychology, counseling, social work).
• BCBA certification or eligibility for licensure by the Virginia Board of Medicine.
• Supervisory experience in a school or community‑based setting serving individuals with disabilities.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license in good standing.
