Billing Support Analyst

About the role

Revecore is seeking a Billing Support Analyst to manage accident‑related accounts from intake through resolution, helping hospitals maximize reimbursement. This remote position involves high‑volume inbound and outbound calls while maintaining accurate records.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of a caseload, following each account to resolution.
• Submit claims to no‑fault and liability carriers and maintain records in AcciClaim.
• Monitor insurance portals, handle correspondence, and address Quality Assurance items.
• Communicate professionally with patients, adjusters, and attorneys.

Required profile

• At least one year of experience in a professional office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn and use AcciClaim.
• Familiarity with SharePoint.
