Bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor (English/Spanish)

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will lead recruitment for Atlantic Pacific Companies’ Boca Raton corporate office, supporting more than 20 open positions across multiple locations and departments. This bilingual (English/Spanish) role combines strategic sourcing, full‑cycle hiring and candidate experience management to help the company grow its property‑management portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recruitment for 20+ requisitions, developing creative sourcing strategies and diverse talent pipelines.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking events and AI‑enabled tools.
• Conduct recruiter screenings, provide strategic recommendations to hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Manage the end‑to‑end hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver market insights, competitive intelligence and tailored hiring plans.
• Maintain talent networks for current and future hiring needs and represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events.
• Track recruitment metrics and meet KPI of hiring within 30 days.

Required profile

• Prior recruiting experience in a fast‑paced environment; property‑management experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in talent acquisition, recruiting or related field.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and results‑driven mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
