Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate

About the role

The Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate works remotely to initiate outbound calls on behalf of ConServe’s clients. The role involves providing account information, gathering financial details, and resolving consumer issues in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to consumers, build rapport and collect account information.
• Determine consumers’ financial situations and suggest appropriate solutions.
• Document all interactions using correct forms, disposition codes and follow‑up notes.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly account penetration and productivity targets.
• Maintain accurate system records and adhere to ConServe’s quality and compliance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.
• Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM‑6:00 PM EST.
• Prior customer‑service experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently from a secure home environment.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.

Required skills

• Intermediate computer skills for documenting calls.
• Proficiency navigating software packages, databases and the internet.
• Effective verbal communication in both languages.
