About the role

Kelly is seeking a bilingual recruiter to lead full‑life‑cycle hiring for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets. The role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and screening both passive and active candidates while partnering closely with hiring managers to ensure fair and equitable selection processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for diverse roles, from entry‑level to senior positions.
• Attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Avature).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain consistent, fair assessment practices.

What we offer

• Base compensation range: $51,300 – $68,400 per year.
