About the role

Kelly Services is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in West Allis, WI. The role focuses on high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for industrial, warehouse and manufacturing positions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-life-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen both passive prospects and active applicants using job boards and Kelly’s ATS (Bullhorn).
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Vendor Management System (Fieldglass/Beeline).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure fair, equitable selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build collaborative relationships with candidates, hiring leaders and HR partners.
• Strong time-management, multitasking and prioritization skills, working with minimal direction.
• Adaptability and learning agility to shift focus in ambiguous or changing scenarios.

Required skills

• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
• Proficiency with ATS and VMS platforms such as Bullhorn, Workday, Beeline and Fieldglass.
• Microsoft Office suite.
