Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) – Full‑time

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Recruiter fluent in English and Spanish to join our Ontario, CA office. In this full‑time role you will manage end‑to‑end hiring for a range of industrial and warehouse positions.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑life‑cycle recruiting across multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Attract, source and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure fair, consistent selection processes.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience in an industrial/warehouse environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal direction.
• Adaptable and quick to learn in changing or ambiguous situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
