Bilingual Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

About the role

We are looking for an experienced bilingual paralegal to join a growing personal injury litigation practice in California. The role supports attorneys throughout the full litigation cycle, from filing lawsuits to managing discovery and court deadlines. This is a full‑time, on‑site position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, including lawsuit preparation and court filings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents under attorney supervision.
• Prepare and file Case Management Conference (CMC) statements and related court paperwork.
• Propound and respond to written discovery, track requests and responses.
• Maintain accurate litigation calendars, monitor deadlines, and ensure timely filings.
• Organize and manage electronic case files, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct legal research and case‑related investigations as needed.
• Coordinate with the case management team on status updates and upcoming deadlines.

Required profile

• Law degree (or equivalent legal education) required.
• Prior hands‑on experience in civil litigation, preferably personal injury.
• Demonstrated ability to support U.S. attorneys throughout the litigation process.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple active matters and meet strict deadlines.

Required skills

• Strong calendaring and deadline‑management capabilities.
• Proficiency in electronic case‑file management.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT with a 30‑minute break.
• Monthly salary of $1,500 USD.
