Bilingual MSFW Outreach Representative

About the role

The Technical College System of Georgia is seeking a full‑time Bilingual MSFW Outreach Representative to engage migrant and seasonal farm workers, connect them with employment services, and support agricultural employers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to migrant and seasonal farm workers, providing career development, job‑training assistance, and information on the H‑2A program.
• Develop and facilitate workshops on job readiness, job search techniques, and training opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local agricultural employers to generate job placements and secure referrals.
• Evaluate applicant eligibility, refer to additional services (counseling, literacy, transportation, childcare), and perform job counseling using assessment tools.
• Perform field visits to verify temporary worker housing and observe workers as required by the H‑2A program.

Required profile

• Associate's degree from an accredited institution OR high school diploma/GED with at least two years of related experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of the Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) and related regulations is preferred.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn job‑related software.
• Strong oral and written communication in both English and Spanish.
• Organizational, time‑management, and project‑management abilities.
