Bilingual HR Assistant / Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Peek Law Group, a bilingual immigration and criminal defense firm, is looking for a detail‑oriented HR Assistant / Recruiter to support its growing team. This remote position focuses on full‑cycle recruiting while also providing general HR assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Post open positions and source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial outreach, and coordinate next steps with the HR Director.
• Schedule interviews using Calendly and manage calendar availability for hiring team members.
• Maintain candidate records in LinkedIn Recruiter and track progress through each hiring stage.
• Prepare offer letters, onboarding paperwork, and other recruiting documents using Adobe Acrobat and Excel.
• Provide administrative support for onboarding, employee documentation, and HR projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates in both English and Spanish.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or related administrative roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Comfortable working remotely with consistent availability during U.S. business hours.

Required skills

• Experience with ADP or CareerPlug.
• Proficiency in Calendly for interview scheduling.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate tracking.
• Ability to use Adobe Acrobat for document preparation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data management.
