Bilingual French (Quebecois) Lead Generation Specialist – Remote

About the role

UniFirst is seeking a French (Quebecois) bilingual professional to join its sales support team remotely. You will generate new business opportunities by contacting prospective French‑speaking customers, qualifying their needs, and scheduling appointments for the outside sales representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to prospective French‑speaking businesses.
• Communicate UniFirst product knowledge clearly and persuasively.
• Place a minimum number of B2B calls each day and set 10‑15 qualified appointments weekly.
• Qualify prospects against UniFirst’s new‑business criteria.
• Send appointment details to the assigned sales representative via email.

Required profile

• Fluent verbal and written English and French (Quebecois).
• Prior experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and within a team.

Required skills

• CRM software experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
