Bilingual Client Experience Associate (English/Spanish)

About the role

AnywhereWorks is hiring Bilingual Client Experience Associates to answer inbound calls for its clients' businesses from home. The position is open only to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio or Arizona. It is a full-time, permanent role.

Key responsibilities

• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments and send messages to clients.
• Handle standard answering, Active Response, live chat, relay calls, appointment setting and legal intake calls.
• Work at a steady, fast pace, with calls often coming back to back.
• Meet performance targets measured by quality, accuracy, ready % and after-call work time.

Required profile

• Fluent English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication in both.
• A warm, upbeat tone and a genuine interest in helping people.
• Reliable: shows up for every scheduled shift on time.
• Full availability during the first 8-12 weeks after training, including 8 hours on Friday and Saturday, and cannot block off holidays or vacation.
• Background check required for conditional offers.

Required skills

• Good listening skills, staying calm and efficient under pressure.
• Strong computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM.
• Growth mindset and eagerness to learn new call types and tools.
