Client Experience Associate - Inbound Calling

About the role

AnywhereWorks is hiring Client Experience Associates to answer inbound calls for its clients' businesses from home. The role covers lead capture, order taking, appointment scheduling and client messaging, with a steady, fast pace measured by quality, accuracy, ready % and after-call work time. Positions are open only to residents of Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio or Arizona.

Key responsibilities

• Handle standard answering, Active Response (outbound calls triggered by a message), live chat, relay calls, appointment setting and legal intake calls
• Capture leads, take orders, schedule appointments and send messages to clients
• Meet a fast pace with back-to-back calls

Required profile

• Full-time, 40 hours per week, mostly between 5:00 am and 8:00 pm Pacific Time
• Minimum of 8 hours on Fridays and Saturdays for the first 8-12 weeks after training
• Own shift selection each week, ranked by performance tier; flexibility is essential
• Attendance tracked with a points system; reliability is very important
• 2 weeks of paid training, then 8-12 weeks of learning and development with live calls; full availability during this period, with holidays and vacation blocked
• Bring Your Own Device: computer and internet must meet system requirements
• Background check required for conditional offers

Required skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication, with a warm, upbeat tone
• Good listening, calm and efficient under pressure
• Dependable and punctual
• Computer skills and typing at a minimum of 30 WPM
• Eagerness to learn new call types and tools
