Bike Assembler / Builder

About the role

Join a family of cycling stores dedicated to building better cyclists and using bikes as a force for good. As a Bike Assembler you will work hands‑on to create high‑quality bicycles that delight customers and support a sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble bicycles, components, accessories and large items such as car racks according to specifications.
• Inspect, test and perform minor adjustments to ensure safety, functionality and stability before delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe workspace and report any defective parts promptly.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while working with suspension and hydraulic systems.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong teamwork mindset.
• Detail‑oriented, good hand‑eye coordination and ability to read assembly instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Prior bike mechanic experience is a plus but not required.

Required skills

• Bicycle assembly and component installation.
• Working knowledge of suspension and hydraulic systems.
