About the role
The Behavioral Health Inpatient Nurse works night shifts (11 pm–7:30 am) in a brand‑new state‑of‑the‑art inpatient facility. The RN provides comprehensive mental health care to patients, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and supports the hospital’s innovative care model.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate psychiatric nursing care to inpatient behavioral health patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse license in Colorado or a compact state.
- At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in inpatient behavioral health.
Required skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Computer proficiency for online learning, documentation, and benefits enrollment.
