About the role
The City of Lone Tree is seeking on‑call bartenders to support concession bars, event bars, and hospitality requests at the Arts Center. This non‑exempt position offers flexible, shift‑based work primarily in the evenings and on weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Set up and break down concession and event bars, including equipment and hospitality requests for performers.
- Provide bar service during concessions and events while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Stock, restock, rotate products and monitor inventory.
- Track consumption according to TIPS training and follow all policies and emergency procedures.
Required profile
- Some bartending experience; TIPS certification preferred but not required.
- Ability to work extended or double shifts, with an open and flexible schedule.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills; positive, team‑oriented attitude.
- Must be available evenings after 5 pm and weekends; minimum three shifts per month.
