About the role

Landmark Hospitality is hiring experienced bartenders for the Logan Inn in downtown New Hope, Pennsylvania. Positions are available for both part‑time and full‑time schedules.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized bar, following sanitation and service guidelines.
  • Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks with excellent customer service.
  • Know and recommend liquors, beverages, and appropriate garnishes for each function.
  • Handle bar equipment, lift and move supplies up to 40 lb, and stand continuously during shifts.

Required profile

  • Ability to read and speak English.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, carry 20‑40 lb and work in narrow spaces.
  • Flexibility with varying workdays, times, and break schedules.
  • Adherence to client/facility standards such as grooming and uniform requirements.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of alcohol safety and responsible serving guidelines.
  • Familiarity with bar tools, garnishes, and complete bar setup.
  • Ability to solicit/accept tips only where permitted.
