Busser / Runner / Support Staff

About the role

Landmark Hospitality is seeking energetic Busser/Runner/Support Staff to join the team at the upcoming Anzu Social concept in New Hope, PA. The role supports the dining experience by delivering food and beverage orders, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting servers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver food and drink orders to tables promptly and accurately.
• Assist servers to ensure timely guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of the service area throughout the shift.
• Uphold restaurant standards for sanitation, safety, and loss prevention.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a food runner or busser in a fine‑dining or high‑volume setting.
• Ability to multitask, work quickly, and communicate effectively.
• Professional demeanor with a polished appearance.
• Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills

• Knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lb and stand for long periods.
