About the role
Landmark Hospitality is looking for experienced bartenders to join the team at Maddy Rose New Hope (formerly The Landing). This part‑time, seasonal position starts with 2‑3 shifts per week and may grow into a full‑time role.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, well‑stocked bar and follow all sanitation guidelines.
- Greet guests, take orders, and provide attentive, courteous service.
- Know and recommend a full range of liquors, beverages, and garnishes, offering alternatives when needed.
- Adhere to alcohol safety and responsible serving policies.
- Handle bar equipment, lift and move items up to 40 lb, and work continuously on your feet.
Required profile
- Ability to read and speak English fluently.
- Physical capability to lift, push, carry, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility with scheduling, including varied shift end times.
- Willingness to follow client/facility standards such as grooming and uniform requirements.
