Automation Experience Designer

About the role

Bosch is seeking a curious, hands‑on Automation Experience Designer to apply automation and AI tools to real business challenges. This early‑career role focuses on designing, building, and teaching modern digital solutions that improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Map current workflows, identify automation or AI opportunities, and decide when a human‑centered approach is more appropriate.
• Design and develop automation solutions using RPA and AI platforms such as Power Automate, UiPath, and generative AI tools.
• Ensure solutions are intuitive and user‑friendly by applying human‑centered design principles.
• Lead training sessions, create clear learning materials, and support teams in adopting new tools.
• Contribute to project planning, timelines, and cross‑functional collaboration to scale solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 6+ years of equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in process improvement, automation, digital transformation, or AI tool application.
• Hands‑on experience with automation or AI tools and ability to solve real problems with them.
• Strong communication, presentation skills, and a user‑first mindset.
