Attractions Supervisor – Netflix House

About the role

Netflix House is a permanent, year‑round entertainment venue where fans can immerse themselves in Netflix stories. As an Attractions Supervisor you will lead the daily operations of the featured experiential attractions and support related guest‑service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of all featured attractions, including ticketing, fan services, small attractions, and the Tudum Theater.
• Ensure scenic environments, technical execution, and talent performances meet Netflix’s immersive standards.
• Onboard, train, and develop crew members, providing tools and guidance for daily success.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance both guest and employee experiences.
• Collaborate with programming, hospitality, and operations teams to deliver a best‑in‑class fan experience.

• Strong operational acumen with experience managing live‑experience venues.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop in‑show performers and crew members.
