About the role

This position sits at the intersection of legal expertise and commercial strategy, supporting partner‑led and channel‑driven initiatives in a fast‑paced technology environment. The attorney will draft, negotiate, and advise on partnership and commercial agreements that enable scalable indirect sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate partner agreements, channel contracts, and related commercial documents.
  • Provide clear, practical legal advice on contract terms, risk exposure, compliance, and negotiation strategies.
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and documentation accuracy.
  • Support partner‑led sales initiatives by aligning legal structures with business objectives and facilitating deal execution.
  • Assist in resolving contract disputes in collaboration with senior legal counsel and business leaders.
  • Conduct legal research on laws and regulations impacting technology services and partnership arrangements.
  • Contribute to scalable contract frameworks and innovative partnership models.

Required profile

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • 4+ years of experience focused on commercial contracts and complex negotiations.
  • Strong background in contract law, commercial negotiation, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of contracts while meeting deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across legal, sales, and operational teams.
