About the role

Enovis is seeking an Athletic Trainer/DME Field Service Representative to join its Field Services team in the Metro New York area. The role focuses on delivering orthopedic soft‑goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators to patients and healthcare providers, ensuring proper use and optimal outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Apply, educate, and support the appropriate use of orthopedic soft goods, functional bracing, and bone growth stimulators prescribed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide routine customer service to patients, physicians, physician assistants, and clinical staff.
• Manage inventory, conduct audits, and ensure product availability.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, handling pre‑authorizations and upfront collections.
• Act as liaison between customers, Enovis, and the Sales Team.
• Adhere to Enovis compliance, ethics programs, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Passion for patient care and helping individuals lead active lives.
• Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) within an orthopedic setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes Sundays and three consistent weekdays.
