About the role

The Athletic Trainer will plan, organize and conduct athletic training programs under physician direction, maintain injury logs, and collaborate on clinic and community‑based rehabilitation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Prepares age‑ and prognosis‑appropriate prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation under physician supervision.
Provides on‑field immediate care for injuries and recommends physician or therapy follow‑up.
Maintains injury logs and documentation in accordance with contractual and policy requirements.
Assists with day‑to‑day operations, ensures state licensing and certification remain current.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in athletic training or related field (Master’s preferred).
Current athletic trainer license in the state of practice and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to tolerate high temperatures, travel between facilities, and work flexible hours.

Required skills

Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients and healthcare teams.
