Athletic Trainer & DME Service Representative

About the role

Enovis is seeking an Athletic Trainer/DME Service Representative to join its Field Services team in MetroWest, MA. The role blends patient‑focused care with durable medical equipment (DME) program management, supporting orthopedic patients and ensuring optimal product use.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day service operations for DME programs, providing product instruction and account management.
• Verify patient benefits using automation tools, handling pre‑authorizations and patient responsibility collections.
• Assess clinic needs, collaborate with Sales and Field Service teams, and adjust inventory programs for improved performance.
• Travel within the designated territory, monitor inventory levels, track orders, and resolve issues.
• Act as liaison among customers, Enovis, and the Sales team while adhering to compliance, OIG, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Passion for patient care in an orthopedic setting.
• Background in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) program management.
• Willingness to travel within the MetroWest region.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
