Medical Affairs Lead

About the role

CoMind is seeking a Medical Affairs Lead to bridge clinical science with customers and academic partners. This mid‑level position will manage projects, develop scientific communications, and nurture stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute Medical Affairs projects, ensuring timelines, budgets and compliance.
• Develop and maintain scientific materials, literature reviews and presentations for healthcare professionals.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams (Clinical Research, Regulatory, Product) and external stakeholders.
• Build and sustain relationships with key customers, providers and academic partners, gathering real‑world evidence.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing degree (BSN, MSN preferred) and/or PhD.
• 3‑7 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in clinical operations leadership or medical device/pharma.
• Strong organizational, project‑management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare/medical affairs.
