Associate Vice President – Data & AI

About the role

Campana & Schott is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead its Data & AI practice in New York, focusing on life‑science clients and AI‑enabled consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies for the Data & AI practice and build new client relationships in the Life Sciences industry.
• Define and communicate a strategic vision for AI‑driven business transformation, including AI agents and data products.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams to deliver end‑to‑end AI, data and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with European hubs and shape the U.S. business, contributing to internal initiatives.
• Inspire and manage a team of data scientists, ML engineers and consultants, driving brand development and AI‑first consulting.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in management or technology consulting with hands‑on AI, data science or analytics delivery.
• Proven leadership of technical teams, with experience in P&L or service‑line accountability.
• Strong communication skills in English and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Willingness to travel and work in a fast‑paced, transformation‑focused environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with modern AI/ML, large language models (LLMs) and agentic systems.
• Practical knowledge of deploying AI in enterprise settings, including data integration, governance, security and MLOps.

What we offer

• Base salary $204,000‑$216,000 per year plus discretionary bonus up to 40%.
