Associate Vice President, Data & AI

About the role

Campana & Schott is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead its Data & AI practice in New York. The role combines business development, strategic vision, and project leadership to drive AI‑enabled consulting for life‑science clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies and build new client relationships in the life‑science industry.
• Define and communicate a strategic vision for AI‑enabled solutions, improving business and operating models.
• Lead interdisciplinary project teams from planning through implementation of AI, data, and analytics initiatives.
• Collaborate with European hubs and contribute to the expansion of the U.S. business.
• Inspire and manage a team of data scientists, computer scientists, and consultants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading data, AI, or analytics practices.
• Strong business development and client‑facing skills, especially within healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business value.
• Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
