Associate Territory Manager – Interventional Urology (Men's Health)

About the role

The Associate Territory Manager will drive sales of Coloplast’s implantable and single‑use surgical devices for interventional urology and men’s health across the Baltimore and Washington D.C. territory. The role focuses on building relationships with urology clinicians, hospitals and procurement teams to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for targeted urology accounts, ensuring timely advancement of the sales process.
• Conduct consultative clinical consultations, present product value propositions, and support surgeons during procedures.
• Maintain and grow relationships with key decision‑makers, including clinicians, procurement and inventory staff.
• Analyze sales and market data to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitive activity.
• Manage CRM data, sales reporting, forecasting, inventory and expense administration.
• Travel 30‑50% overnight to provide case coverage and on‑site product support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in urology or medical‑device sales.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship‑building abilities with healthcare professionals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work independently with a results‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience using CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.
